Here are some easy ways to log in as a student to see PBIS Rewards from their view.

Log into your PBISR Rewards account.

Once logged in, you can navigate to either “Students” or “Login Auth Codes”.

From the “Students” tab, you can select LOGIN on the Test Student account or you can select the App Auth button located to the right of a specific student's account to create a Login Auth Code for that specific student. 

Selecting LOGIN on the Test Student's account will automatically log you in as the Test Student in the PBIS Rewards Student Web Portal.

If you select the App Auth button located to the right of a student's information, this will create a Login Auth Code for that specific student that can be entered on the PBIS Rewards Student Web Portal or the PBIS Rewards Student App.

From the “Login Auth Codes” tab, select Student.

Select the green “+” button to bring up create a new Login Auth Code.

This will open a pop-up where you will need to set a few things:

Time to Activate - Length of time the student will have to enter the Login Auth Code before the code expires

Type - The type of code to be created 

• Group Code - One code all students within a specific group can use to access their accounts (*Selecting this option will add a dropdown to select a Group)
• Individual Codes - Each student within a specific group will be assigned a specific Login Auth Code they can use to access their account (*Selecting this option will add a dropdown to select a Group)
• Individual Student - Allows you to search for and select a specific student to generate a Login Auth Code for that can be used to access their account (*Selecting this option will add a dropdown where you can search for and select a specific student)
• Scanning Station - Turns any student app into a Scanning Station where students can scan their ID badges in order to view their points balance

Once you have selected your Time to Activate and Type options, you will select Generate to create the Login Auth Code.
