Dymo Printer Install
Navigate360 Visitor Management: Dymo Install Instructions: MacOS
- Leave Dymo printer disconnected from power and the computer.
- Log into https://navigate360vm.com/login using your login credentials.
- Navigate to the bottom left corner. Click on Device Settings.
- Click on Download Printer Software button to initiate the download.
- Open zip file DCSetup-mac.zip and run “DCDMacX.X.X.XXX.pkg” file.
- Walk through the installation screens using the default options.
- Introduction. Click Continue.
- License. Click Continue.
- Click Agree for the terms of the software license agreement.
- Installation Type. Click Install.
- Enter computer Admin's password. Click Install Software.
- The installation was successful. Click Close.
- If pop-up appears: "DYMO.WebApi.Mac.Host" wants access to control "Terminal", click OK to allow.
- Enter computer Admin’s password. Click return/enter key.
- Connect the power cord to the Dymo Printer.
- Connect the USB cord to both the Dymo Printer and the computer.
- Open Printers & Scanners on the computer.
- If the printer is not listed, select “+” to add the Dymo printer.
- Refresh the Device Settings page in the web browser.
- Select the printer under the dropdown menus and select MacOS.
- Setup complete! Printer is now connected and will be displayed in the browser.
- If the Dymo Printer successfully connected and does not appear, please reboot your computer and follow steps 2 - 3 to get back to the Device Settings Menu.
