With the Visitor Management System, you can utilize a webcam to scan US state-issued IDs and Driver’s Licenses when checking a visitor into the building. VMS integrates with BlinkID Technology (from MicroBlink) to provide a vast list of supported IDs to scan with.
The list of IDs supported with VMS include:
- USA State-based Driver’s License
- USA State-based ID Card
- USA Passport
- USA Passport Card
The ID scanning for VMS scans a single side of the ID card and requires a First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, and Picture to be visible to be compatible.
For the full list of compatible IDs, you can visit BlinkID’s webpage below (please note that VMS only supports US-based IDs and Driver’s License).
