Visitor Management has a mobile app that allows for visitors and staff to use for check-in purposes. Please see below for the steps needed for a District or Building admin to enable or disable visitor scheduled visits to a specific building:
- Log into Visitor Management as a District Admin or Building Admin
- Navigate to the Admin Settings by clicking the key icon on the side navigation menu
- Navigate to the Scheduled Visits tab
- By default, the Restrict Scheduled Visits is disabled.
- User can enable the Restrict Scheduled Visits option by clicking on the toggle option and set the needed Duration
- Duration - Indefinite (set by default)
- If there is no specific end date for the restriction of scheduled visits, the Indefinite option should be used.
- User can add the Title Displayed to Those Trying to Schedule message (max 40 characters)
- User can add the Message Displayed to Those Trying to Schedule wording (max 140 characters)
- User can click Save Changes button
- Duration - Date Range
- User can set the needed Start Date and End Date for the restriction of scheduled visits
- User can add the Title Displayed to Those Trying to Schedule message (max 40 characters)
- User can add the Message Displayed to Those Trying to Schedule wording (max 140 characters)
- User can click Save Changes button
- Duration - Indefinite (set by default)
