How to Close a Case:
When you are in a Case, you can select the 3-dot menu. Select Close.
In the Disposition drop down, select a reason for case closure. The date populates automatically.
Add any notes for the case closure.
Click Confirm.
Locating Closed Cases:
You can see closed cases by filtering to “Show Closed.”
The status of the case will say “closed” with a lock icon.
How to Reopen a Case:
To reopen a case, locate the Closed Case and select View. This will open the case viewer.
With appropriate user permissions, you will be able to select the 3-dot menu and click Reopen to make the case active and editable.
Add a reason to reopen the case.
Select Confirm.
You can edit any case details from the 3-dot menu and select “Edit Details."
