How to Manage Tags
User Permissions:
User will need Manage System Customization permissions to complete the following steps.

- Log into Case Manager.
- Navigate to the Admin tab.
- Locate the Manage Tags and Resources node.
Remove Tags
- Click the X next to the tag selected for removal.
- Select Confirm in the Remove Tag popup.
- Click Save Changes.
Add Tags
- Select Add Tag.
- Enter the tag name.
- Click Green Check mark.
- Click Save Changes.
Tag Customization Features:
Users can deem tags as required or not required in case creation.
By default tags are visually transparent, however, admin users can alter the color of tags to categorize cases. The color bar includes red, orange, yellow, green, and blue.
Users can place tags into Sections to create thematic categories of certain types.
