Setting a Student On/Off a Hall Pass from the Hall Pass Tab

This article provides instructions on how to set students on/off a hall pass from the Hall Pass tab. Students can be placed on a hall pass from several places, such as:
- the Groups tab (Groups > select a group from “My Group/My Favorites” > select the student name(s) > select “Hall Pass”)
- the Students tab (Students > select the checkbox(es) of the student(s) > “Actions” > “Set Hall Pass On or Off”)

How to set students on/off a hall pass from the Hall Pass tab:
- Login to Navigate360 Hall Pass at: https://hp.navigate360.com/ and click “Hall Pass” on the left-side menu.
- From here, scroll through the list and check the box next to the student you want on a hall pass. You may also type in their name in the search bar.

3. Once you have selected the student(s), click “Actions” and select the option “Set Hall Pass On or Off”. The “Actions” tab is where you can also mark a student inactive, absent, or present.

4. Next, select the student’s hall pass location from the list. (At the bottom, you may also enter in an alternative location or click the check mark.)

5. Under the “On Hall Pass” tab, you will see the student is currently set on the hall pass.

6. To set the student off the hall pass, select the student, click “Actions” then select “Set Hall Pass On or Off”.

7. The hall pass for the student will have ended.
