The ability to download a report with completed drill logs has been added to assist districts with compliance needs. Administrators can find this feature on the Drills tab in the Prepare menu.

Download Completed Logs

1. Login to EM  
2. In the side menu under Prepare, click Drills
3. In the top, right (next to Schedule and Log), click the 3-dots  
4. Click Download Completed Logs to download a PDF file for all completed drills matching the current filters (see below for instructions on how to adjust filters)
   1. The page in EM may only be showing a limited number of rows, but all rows will be included in the download
   2. Note: The Scheduled Drill Date filter option will only impact the displayed list NOT the download 
5. If the report is generated for more than one site, it will be sorted alphabetically by site name with each completed drill log on a separate page

Update Drill Filters

1. In the top right of the Drills List, click Filters
2. Filters can be set for site*, school year, drill type, status, and/or scheduled drill date
   1. *District administrators can select which buildings to include
   2. Note: The Scheduled Drill Date filter option will only impact the displayed list NOT the download
3. Check the box(es) for items to show in the list
4. Uncheck the box(es) to remove from the list
5. Clicking Reset Filter will remove all filters and show ALL drills regardless of school year
