Navigate360 Social Emotional Learning:
Suite360 Admin User Responsibilities
Discover the non-academic success factors students need to thrive emotionally and socially. The earlier kids learn social and emotional skills, the more successful they will be in school and in life. Implementing social-emotional learning and restorative curriculum throughout your district is the most effective way to provide education beyond reading, writing and arithmetic.
As Districts and/or Schools look to adopt the Suite360 Social-Emotional Learning curriculum, Admin Users must be identified to support the adoption and delivery of the Suite360 Programs.
Admin Users will be responsible for:
- Updating user accounts in all Suite360 Programs
- Assigning lessons to grade-level groups in Suite360 Student
- Assigning lessons to individual students in Suite360 Intervention
- Announcing available lessons and/or assigning lessons to staff in Suite360 Staff
- Announcing available lessons and/or assigning lessons to parents with Suite360 Parent
- Monitor usage, lesson completion, and scores from lessons in all Suite360 Programs
How many Admin Users are needed to run a Suite360 Program?
At least one Admin User must be identified to run a Suite360 Program.
Is there a limit to the number of Admin Users per Program?
There is no limit to the number of Admin Users per Program.
What is the difference between a District Admin User and a School Admin User?
District Admin Users have visibility into the data across the entire Suite360 Program build. School Admin Users are tied to one school and will only have visibility to their specific school’s data.
Who is the “typical” Admin User for a District and/or School?
District Admin Users are typically involved in Curriculum coordination, SEL training and District Administration. School Admin Users are typically school level Administrators and Guidance Counselors.
Can additional Admin Users be added after Implementation?
Yes, if additional Admin Users are identified after implementation, please reach out to our Technical Support Team to configure the user access. They can be reached at email@example.com
What is the difference between an Admin User and an Instructor?
The only difference between Admin Users and Instructors is their level of access in the Program. Admins can access the entire Program (District / School). Instructors can access data for students that are rostered to them. If no students are rostered to the Instructor, they will only see the lesson library.
