How to find your current installed version of the app

Delete

Our support teams may ask for the installed version to assist in troubleshooting

On Android devices- Long press on the app icon--> you see an option called app info--> Click it, --> Scroll down and you will see a version.

On iPhones- Login to the new app--> Open the burger menu--> Find the version number (e.g. v1.xx)
