Allow your Navigate360 Support Team Member to access your device for troubleshooting
Instructions for downloading the Navigate360 Remote Technical Support App:
1. Click the link for your device and begin the download
2. Launch the downloaded program from your browser's download folder.
3. Your Navigate360 Support Representative will request the 9-digit number displaying in the program. Please provide that when prompted.
4. When your support session is complete, please disconnect. Navigate360's team no longer has access to the device unless you provide a new 9-digit number in the future.
Note: For security, a new number will generated each time a connection is needed.
Android Devices
Reminder - Navigate360's Support Team will be viewing your screen. Please ensure you have closed apps that are not part of our troubleshooting, especially photo apps, social media, and messaging.
- Download the Splashtop SOS app from Google Play - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.splashtop.sos
- Launch the application on your device.
- Your Navigate360 Support Representative will request the 9-digit number displaying in the application. Please provide that when prompted.
- When your support session is complete, please disconnect. Navigate360's team no longer has access to the device unless you provide a new 9-digit number in the future.

iOS Devices

- Launch the application on your device.
- Your Navigate360 Support Representative will request the 9-digit number displaying in the application. Please provide that when prompted.
- The iOS device will prompt you to begin a Screen Recording Broadcast. This is similar to AirPlay and allows the representative to view your screen through the secure connection.
- When your support session is complete, please disconnect. Navigate360's team no longer has access to the device unless you provide a new 9-digit number in the future.

Firewall/Server Aid
If communication is blocked, please enable your firewalls to allow communication with the following domains:
- Allow access to Splashtop servers
- (For both Global and EU regions) *.api.splashtop.com (* represents wildcard)
- (For EU region) *.api.splashtop.eu (* represents wildcard)
- (For both) *.relay.splashtop.com (* represents wildcard)
- (For both) update-g3.splashtop.com / update.splashtop.com (for endpoints auto-update)
- Allow outbound TCP connections over port 443 for both HTTP over TLS and non-HTTP over TLS
- Disable/bypass Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) (also may be called SSL Inspection) for Splashtop traffic
- Using Palo Alto Networks: GlobalProtect https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/globalprotect, additional wildcards/hosts may be needed with SSL Inspection enabled.
