Learn how Anonymous Tip Reporting (ARS) integrates with Behavioral Case Manager (BCM). Sending tips to Behavioral Case Manager helps your team take the next step: supporting early intervention, clear follow-up, and reducing gaps in communication.
🚩NOTE: Access to Behavioral Case Manager must be purchased separately and in addition to Anonymous Tip Reporting.
Navigate360 recommends handling Life Safety tips according to the district's policy before sending the tip to BCM.

Anonymous Tip Reporting (ARS) allows admins to send tips directly to BCM district admin users, which is configured during launch. If requested, Navigate360 can also link Recipients to designated BCM teams to deliver tips directly to the correct users.
🚩If you need assistance linking Recipients to BCM teams, please contact tech@navigate360.com. If you are launching ARS or BCM, please contact your Implementation Consultant by leaving a comment in the Navigate360 Launch Portal.
Step 1: From the Report Manager, locate and select the tip you want to escalate. Review tip details in the Content pane to confirm the type of follow-up needed.
Optional: Ensure the tip is assigned to a linked Recipient before reporting to BCM. Once the tip is submitted, it will automatically route to the appropriate BCM team for review, skipping the district queue.

Step 2: After reviewing the tip, select the orange “Report to BCM” button on the right side of the screen.

Step 3: A pop-up containing information from the tipster and two-way dialog with the recipient contact appears. Add additional comments, instructions, or context not included in the tip information.

🚩Note: If a tip has already been shared with BCM, a yellow notification banner appears above the case details to prevent duplicate cases.

Step 4: Then, click the green “Report to BCM” button to share the tip, securely transferring key details to BCM Admin Users or BCM team members. You will see a confirmation window once the tip is sent.

For BCM Users:
Once the tip is received in BCM, district admin users navigate to the Cases tab, click "Potential Cases from Other Services", and select the tip.
🚩 If ARS Recipients are linked to a BCM team, tips are sent directly to the linked BCM team, skipping the district queue and saving time. Team members are then notified and can take the next step. If you need assistance linking Recipients to BCM teams, please contact tech@navigate360.com. If you are launching ARS or BCM, please contact your Implementation Consultant by commenting in the Navigate360 Launch Portal.

Admin can review case details, assign the case to the appropriate team, and click “Update” to create the case.
