Add a Template to a Model
Learn how to connect a template to a model in Behavioral Case Manager.
User Permissions:
User will need Manage System Customization permissions to complete the following steps.

- Log into Case Manager.
- Select Admin tab.
- Click Manage Models Node.
- Select Process Model tab.
- Click the three-dot Vertical Ellipsis next the desired model.
- Select Edit then click Confirm.
- A Process Model pop up will appear.
- Select “Yes, apply to all existing and new cases” or "No, apply only to new cases".
- For a Step Template:
- Decide what Step to add Steps Template Button to.
- If using Custom Content Model, Step Template must be added to an Additional Step section.
- If using Process Model, Step Template must be added to a Process Step section.
- Select Add Custom Fields.
- Click Templates to find desired template.
- Drag and drop Template to build form.
- Click Save.
- Click Publish.
- Decide what Step to add Steps Template Button to.
- For a Component Template:
- Select Add Section.
- Select Add Custom Fields.
- Click Templates to find desired template.
- Drag and drop Template to build form.
- Click Save.
- Click Publish.
