Power Users can edit other users’ information, including login credentials, language preference, and ALICE enrollment.
Step 1: Hover over the row with the user’s name. Click on the three dots on the right side of the row.
Step 2: Click “Edit” on the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Update information on the first page and click “Update." Once you click Update, the user’s information will update immediately, and the window will close. Each field and each page do not have to be reviewed or edited before clicking Update.
