Email Reminders – Importance of Updating the “from” Field
How to ensure email delivery by replacing the Power User/Admin’s email address with: firstname.lastname@example.org
Step 1: Navigate to the gear wheel in the top right corner to access admin settings.
Step 2: Click on “Course Management”.
Step 3: Select the name of the course you would like to invite staff to begin.
Step 4: Select the user(s) you would like to email.

Step 6: In the bottom right corner of your screen, you will see a purple "Choose Action" button. Click it and select "Send Email."
Step 7: Instead of sending emails from your email address, you will update the “From” line and replace your email address with the following: email@example.com.

Step 8: Type your subject line and customize message, copy/paste any short codes (like the course, portal link, or username) and click “Submit”. The email will go to all the selected users individually from the firstname.lastname@example.org email address.
