Assigning lessons with Preset Curriculum

Instructions for assigning grade-specific group lessons.

For additional support, please reach out to Tech@Navigate360.com.

Step 1: Select the product (Student/Parent/Staff/Mental Health) from which you want to assign a lesson.

Step 2: Access the Preset Curriculum Library from your admin dashboard (Back-end).

Step 3: Enter the start/end dates for your school year and the start/end dates for your SEL curriculum program. Click “Save”.

SEL Preset Curriculum is a 38-week program. Lessons are spaced out approximately 1 per week starting on the Preset Curriculum start date. You will be notified if not enough weeks are available to complete all lessons.

Step 4: Toggle “Repeat Lesson On Fail” to force students to retake the lesson if they receive a failing score on the post-test.

Step 5: Select your audience by school and grade.

Since student curriculum is grade-specific, you must repeat this process for each grade level.

Step 6: Click “Load Preset Curriculum”.

Step 7: Edit the curriculum schedule for assignments using the “Edit” icon after the week number. By default, assignments are available on a student’s “current” view for 28 days before moving to the “past due” section.

Step 8: Once you have finished scheduling modifications, “Preview & Assign” your lessons.

Step 9: Review the schedule one last time, and then “Confirm”.

Delete

NOTE:

You can return to the grade-specific Preset Curriculum schedule AFTER assignments are made to make any edits to future start-date lessons. You do NOT have to re-do the entire schedule to change a single date and/or lesson.
