Configuring StudentPLUS

  1. Log into schoolcheckin.net
  2. Click Student button in the Main Menu Tree.
  3. Scroll down the Student Settings.
  4. Locate these three settings:
    Track Student late to Class
    Advanced Late/Tardy Options
    Advanced Early Dismissal Options
  5. Change from “NO” to “YES” on the three settings above. 
  6. Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.
    Once the settings have been changed, two new options will appear – “Advanced Options”.
  7. Click the Advanced Options link for Advanced Late/Tardy Options. This link will reveal additional options.
  8. Late/Tardy and Early Dismissals can be tracked over one of two methods:
    By Semester/Grade Period or By Days Tracking.
  9. See examples to the left. Click on either the Semester/Grade Period or Days Tracking.
    You can use one or the other, but not both.
  10. Enter your selections.
  11. Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.

Additional Settings

Late Tardy Pass Options
Select the settings you want.
Click the SAVE button.

Early Dismissal Pass Options
Select the settings you want.
Click the SAVE button.

Detention Notice Options
Select the settings you want.
Click the SAVE button.

Alert Notification
Enter the alert email information for the people that should be notified.
Click the SAVE button.
