  • Students need to feel their voice is being heard.
  • Two-Way Dialog feature is essential in validating the student tipster’s concern and building a culture of trust.

Tip Responsiveness

Tip Responsiveness has a direct correlation to Student Adoption. 

  • Tip Managers should respond to every tip that comes through.
    • Canned Responses can help with quick replies
    • Multiple tips can be sent for the same Incident. Reply to all to make sure tipsters know their concern was heard.
    • Reminder: Use the Incident ID# to link tips from the same Incident together!
  • Tip Response Time:
    • Tip Managers should respond to tips as fast as possible.
    • Even a few minutes can make a difference!
  • Tip Notifications:
    • Lock Life-Safety safety notifications for recipient contacts
    • Life-Safety robo-call feature

Select the first Recipient in the Deliver To Tab.

By selecting the first Recipient, the new feature will filter through all remaining Recipients and move all Associated Recipients to the top of the Recipients list.
