How Call Lists Work
Call lists allow you to compile emergency contacts such as administration teams, first responders, utility companies, hospitals, and so on. You will be able to create as many different call lists as you need.
Consider creating call lists for different incident types such as people who should be called for an overnight fire alarm versus whom to call when the building will be closed due to an emergency. You may also want to create call lists according to different buildings.
After selecting Call Lists from the dashboard, click Add a Call List.
Give your call list a specific name, select the site to add the list to, then Add Call List to create the list and start adding contact numbers.
Creating Call Lists
Any existing users or contacts can be added to the list by choosing Attach a Contact.
If the contact you want to add is not already in your Emergency Management Suite, you can use Create a Contact to add a new contact.
Note
A contact created using the Create a Contact button will only be available for call lists; it does not create a user account for them.
If you want to edit an existing user or contact, click on their name in one of the lists or search for them and click on their name using the Attach a Contact feature.

Managing Call Lists
Reorder names in a call list by clicking, then holding and dragging a person up and down the list.
A person can be removed from the list by clicking the X to the right of their name.
To delete an outside contact, click on their name and choose the Delete option. (There is no way to undo this once an outside contact is deleted.)
If they are an Emergency Management Suite user, you may also choose to Disable their account. This will remove the contact from all lists they are attached to.
A Call List can be renamed, moved, deleted, or attached to a virtual binder using a right mouse click on the gear in the top right corner next to the Call List name.
Alphabetizing Call Lists
You can put names in alphabetical order in a call list by selecting Alphabetize the Call List.
You will receive a prompt confirming your decision. Click OK to alphabetize the list.
