Managing Call Lists
Reorder names in a call list by clicking, then holding and dragging a person up and down the list.
A person can be removed from the list by clicking the X to the right of their name.
To delete an outside contact, click on their name and choose the Delete option. (There is no way to undo this once an outside contact is deleted.)
If they are an Emergency Management Suite user, you may also choose to Disable their account. This will remove the contact from all lists they are attached to.
A Call List can be renamed, moved, deleted, or attached to a virtual binder using a right mouse click on the gear in the top right corner next to the Call List name.
Alphabetizing Call Lists
You can put names in alphabetical order in a call list by selecting Alphabetize the Call List.
You will receive a prompt confirming your decision. Click OK to alphabetize the list.
