📃Back-to-School Checklist
Suite360 Student
⏹️ Review Scope and Sequence documents. Download the new 2023-24 scope and sequence documents for the preset curriculum to help prepare for the new school year.
⏹️ Determine curriculum:
- Preset: Preset curriculum lessons are available to view and can be assigned starting July 7, 2023.
- Not Preset: For clients not using the preset curriculum, determine which lessons to assign to students from our content library.
⏹️ Roster students and staff:
- Review and update admin users. Please review your school and district admin users in the platform and adjust, create, or delete accounts as needed.
- Ensure that class roster information is up to date. If you are using Clever or ClassLink, please review the sharing rules. If you are using CSV files, you will need to re-upload those files with the new school year’s data once it is available.
Note: click link on rostering method above for further ‘how-to’ resources
⏹️ During the first two weeks of school:
- Assign curriculum. Once rostering is complete, assign curriculum to students. Staff and families will receive lessons based on what students are working on and can also self-enroll in any lessons desired.
- Administer beginning-of-year benchmark. This will be your baseline data to compare against at mid and end of year.
⏹️ Check your email filters. Ensure the following domains are allowed in your district email/spam filters to ensure you receive important communications:
- navigate360.com
- suite360sel.org
- Evpco.com
Suite360 Behavior Intervention & Restorative Practices
⏹️ Review lesson list: Download the lesson list to see the lessons available and which behavior infractions they address. Getting familiar with the available lessons will help ensure quick assignment of lessons when an infraction happens.

⏹️ Decide when and where lessons will be completed. Determine when (days/time) and where (class or point in the school schedule) students will complete their Behavior Intervention lessons. Since lessons are assigned after a behavior infraction occurs, students are completing lessons on an individual basis and may need a designated place to complete their lesson and reflect on their behavior.
⏹️ When a behavior infraction occurs:
- Assign curriculum. Once rostering is complete, assign curriculum to students based on their grade and the type of behavior infraction that occurred.
- Follow-up. Follow-up from a teacher or staff member is an important piece to ensuring the student understands their behavior and how to avoid that behavior again in the future. It also ensures positive teacher-student relationships are maintained.

💡Back-to-School Tips & Tricks
The 2023-24 back-to-school season will be here before you know it! Our product experts have created these helpful tips to help you start the new school year off right!
🔹 Don't see any students in your program?
Contact your IT team to verify the Student Information System Sync has been re-enabled with us. This applies to customers leveraging Clever or ClassLink to populate student data only.
🔹 How do I prepare my data for the new school year?
Data from the 22/23 school year has been archived. Now that the data has been archived, we’ll need to coordinate with you to roll over or re-upload your data for the new school year. If you are a Clever or ClassLink partner... don’t worry! That process will be seamless and automatic. If you are not, then it’s a simple process to re-upload your data once rosters are finalized for the new school year in your student information system. Here are the instructions to upload a new CSV.
🔹 When should I assign lessons for the new school year?
Once your rosters are set and you complete the Suite360 rostering process, you are ready to start assigning lessons. It is best practice to have administrators assign lessons BEFORE teachers go through training or attend a webinar. This ensures clarity and helps eliminate confusion about lesson assignment.
