How to set your Primary Web Camera in Google Chrome 

Step 1: Plug the web camera into your computer USB port. 

Step 2: Log into https://navigate360vm.com/login in Google Chrome. 

Step 3: Navigate to the Profile Icon in the bottom left corner. 

Step 4: Click on “Device Settings” → “Camera Set Up” → “Start Camera”. 

Step 5: Click the camera icon in the Chrome address bar in the top right corner.

Step 6: Click on “Manage”. A new Settings - Camera tab will open in Google Chrome.

Step 7: In the Settings - Camera tab, click the correct camera from the drop-down menu.

Step 8: Return to the Visitor Management tab in Chrome. Refresh the page. 

Step 9: Click on “Device Settings” → “Camera Set Up” → “Start Camera”.

Web Camera Tips & Tricks

Make sure your web camera is not being accessed by another application (Zoom, Windows Camera App, etc.). Web cameras typically cannot be accessed from two different applications at the same time, even if one is minimized in the background. 

Is your computer not registering that the external camera is connected? Try plugging your web camera into another USB port. 

How to set your Primary Web Camera for your Windows device: 

Step 1: Plug the web camera into your computer USB port. 

Step 2: Press Windows key + X

Step 3: Click on Device Manager. 

Step 4: Click on the drop-down arrow next to Cameras. 

Step 5: Right click on “Integrated Camera”. This camera may be named differently -choose the camera that does not have the name of the external camera. 

Step 6: Click “Disable Device”. Click “Accept”. 

Step 7: Return to the Visitor Management tab in Chrome. Refresh the page. 

Step 8: Click on “Device Settings” → “Camera Set Up” → “Start Camera”.
