VMS Manage Visitor Types
Learn how to define and manage different types of visitors in a VMS system.
Getting Started
Step 1: Log into https://navigate360vm.com/login using your login credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the 
Admin Menu on the left side of your screen.
Step 3: Click on “Visit Options”.
Customize
Select “+ Add Custom”.
Enter Visitor Type.
Click “Add”.
Delete
Based on User Permissions, Visitor Type will be added to the “District List” (pushed out to all schools in the district) or “Building Specific List”.
Edit/Delete
Hover over the specific Visitor Type and click the “Pencil Icon” to edit or the “Trash Icon” to delete.
Enable/Disable
Check/Uncheck Visitor Type Option.
