Check-In a Visitor: ID or QR Code

Step 1: Log into https://navigate360vm.com/login using your login credentials. 

Step 2: Click Check In Visitor on the top right of the browser window. 

Check-In with ID: 

  • Have the Visitor hold their Driver’s License up to the web camera.
  • Wait for the system to acknowledge the Driver’s License. Once acknowledged, the bars around the captured image will turn green. 
  • Enter the following information: 
        - Visit Type
        - Reason
        - Destination
        - Who are you Visiting?
  • If the Visitor is approved and passes the background check against the national sex offender database, print the badge. 

Check-In with QR Code:

  • Click Use QR Code
  • Have Visitor hold the code on the mobile device up to the web camera.
  • System will acknowledge and print the badge.

Check-In a Visitor: Manual Entry

If the Driver’s License does not scan follow the Manual Check-In Instructions. 

Step 1: Log into https://navigate360vm.com/login using your login credentials. 

Step 2: Click Check In Visitor on the top right of the browser window. 

Step 3: Click Manual Check In. 

Step 4: Click Add Photo in the picture screen. 

Step 5: Click Take Photo when prompted. 

Step 6: Verify contact information from the license: First Name, Last Name, DOB. 

Step 7: Click Screen Visitor. This will prompt the Visitor Management System to do a background check against the national sex offender database. 

Step 8: Enter the following information: 
                    -Visit Type
                    - Reason
                    - Destination
                    - Who are you visiting? 

Step 9: If approved, click Allow Entry and print the badge. 

Check-Out a Visitor

Check-Out Instructions for Visitor Management. 

Step 1: Log into https://navigate360vm.com/login using your login credentials. 

Step 2: Click Visitors icon on the top left of the browser window. 

Step 3: Select the Visitor on the left side of the browser window and click Check Out Visitor.

The system will prompt the user to confirm Visitor Check Out. 

Once confirmed, the Visitor will be removed from the list on the right side of the browser window.
