How To Resend Mobile App Invite to Staff and Substitutes
Learn how to quickly and easily resend a mobile app invite to staff members.
Users are able to resend the mobile app email to invite staff who need to set up a mobile app account but did not act upon the first welcome email. There are several places where a District Admin, Building Admin or Staff User can resend the invite.
To resend the welcome invite to staff, follow the steps below:
- Log into Visitor Management as a District Admin, Building Admin or Staff User.
- Navigate to the Staff pages by clicking the Staff icon on the side navigation menu. From here, all staff and substitutes can be accessed.
- By default, all staff are shown in a card view layout . To switch to the table view, click on the .
- Users can resend the mobile app invite directly from the Staff page:
- Card View - Find the needed staff member's card, then click on the ellipsis and select Resend Invite.
- Table View - Find the needed staff member in the table, then click on the ellipsis on the Staff card and select Resend Invite.
- Users can resend the mobile app invite directly from the Staff Profile page:
- Once the needed staff or substitute is located, users can click on their name to navigate to the Staff Profile.
- Once on the Staff Profile, users can click on the ellipsis above the Visit History panel and select Resend Invite.
