Dymo Printer Install

Windows Installation Instructions for Dymo Single and Dymo Single Turbo Printers. 

Step 1: Log into https://navigate360vm.com/login using your login credentials. 

Step 2: Navigate to the Profile Icon in the bottom left corner. 

Step 3: Click on “Device Settings”. 

Step 4: Click on “Download Printer Software” button to initiate download. 

Step 5: Open zip file “DCSetup-win.zip” and run “DCDSetupX.X.X.X exe” file.

Step 6: Walk through the installation screens using the default options. 

  1. Select Language. Click “OK”.
  2. Click “Install” to install any pending Microsoft C++ components. 
    Note: If either of the installs fail, click “Yes” to continue.
  3. At InstallShield Wizard screen, click “Next”.
  4. Select the “I accept the Terms in the License Agreement” radio button. Click “Next”. 
  5. At Destination Folder screen, click “Next”. 
  6. At the Setup Type screen, leave “Complete” selected. Click “Next”. 
  7. At the “Ready to Install the Program” screen, click “Install”. 
  8. Once the install is completed, click “Finished”.

Step 7: Connect the power cord to the Dymo Printer.

Step 8: Connect the USB cord to both the Dymo Printer and the computer. 

Step 9: Refresh the Device Settings page in the web browser. 

Step 10: Setup complete! Printer is now connected and will be displayed in the browser. 

Delete

If the Dymo Printer successfully connected and does not appear, please reboot your computer and follow steps 1 - 3 to get back to the Device Settings Menu.
